Is there a discount for annual payment?

Yes. Annual billing costs the equivalent of 10 months, so you get 2 months free.

What happens if I need more employees than included?

You can add extra employees: they are billed in the following installment according to your plan (Starter +€1, SME Pro +€0.50, Business +€0.45 per employee/month).
