# TimeClockApp privacy policy

This draft separates the provider's own processing from processing carried out for client companies.

## 1. Who processes data

[PENDING ADVISER: provider identity] will control prospect, customer, administrator, support, billing, security and consented analytics data. Each client controls its workforce data and TimeClockApp acts as processor under the DPA.

## 2. Data

Depending on the relationship, data includes identity, contact, business role, credentials, settings, billing, support, security logs and consented navigation identifiers. On a client's behalf it includes employee identity, schedules, time records, breaks, incidents, leave and point-in-time location when enabled.

## 3. Purposes and grounds

Account and contract administration, service delivery, support, billing, security, legal compliance and rights handling. Non-essential analytics starts only after consent. Final legal grounds require counsel review.

## 4. Recipients and providers

Hosting, database, email, payment, maps, notification and analytics providers may receive data under contract and on a need-to-know basis. The final list, countries and transfer safeguards will be published before commercial launch.

## 5. Retention

Data is retained for the relationship and applicable legal or claims periods. Employers determine lawful workforce-record retention. The final retention schedule requires professional validation.

## 6. Rights

Access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction and portability may be exercised where applicable. Workforce requests should first go to the employer. Provider contact: [PENDING]. A complaint may also be filed with the Spanish AEPD.

## 7. Security and breaches

Controls include access restrictions, encryption in transit, tenant separation, action logging and backups. No control removes all risk. Incidents will be assessed and communicated according to applicable roles and deadlines.

## 8. Changes

Material versions will be dated and users will be informed, with acceptance or acknowledgement recorded when required.

TimeClockApp is not a substitute for legal, employment, tax, or accounting advice.
